Senior Manager Technical Operations & Quality (all genders)
To further strengthen our team at our plant in Cazin/Bosnia and enhance our growth, we are looking for a committed individual to fill the role of Senior Manager Technical Operations & Quality (all genders). In this role, you will report to the site manager and VP Technique & Operations.
Your Mission
- Lead, develop and motivate Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain and HSE teams
- Ensure high equipment availability, reliability, quality and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement maintenance and asset management strategies, including preventive and predictive maintenance, RCM and RCA
- Oversees CAPEX execution, ensuring projects are safe, timely, within budget and meet technical and quality standards
- Lead and enhance the Quality Management and Assurance Systems, including audits, customer complaints and corrective actions per Group standards
- Promote a strong HSE culture, ensure compliance with legislation and Group standards, manage risks and drive continuous HSE improvement
- Maintain reliable Supply Chain performance, covering material availability, inventory and delivery
- Establish and monitor KPIs, driving corrective actions to meet operational and financial targets
- Ensure adherence to all legal requirements, standards and Group policies
Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant management experience, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of achievements
- University degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences or a comparable field
- Strong technical and operational understanding combined with sound business acumen
- Proven leadership skills and experience in developing high-performing teams
- Experience in Maintenance, Asset Management, Quality, HSE and/or Supply Chain
- Strong experience in CAPEX- and project management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of integrity and commitment to Safety, Quality and Compliance
- Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
