Manager Corporate Development (all genders)

To further strengthen our team at our Vienna office, we are looking for a committed individual to fill the role of Manager, Corporate Development (all genders). In this role, you will report to the CEO.

Your Mission

• Design, implementation and independent leadership of cross-functional and/or cross-regional global programme management, as well as the Project Management Office (PMO) for strategic and operational projects
• Supporting senior management (C-level) in the development and preparation of presentations for strategic projects, as well as documents for the supervisory board
• Identifying potential business opportunities, partnerships and acquisitions to expand the company’s portfolio
• Analysis of market and competitive environments to assess opportunities and risks

Your Profile

• A university degree; preferably in engineering, business, law or the natural sciences
• Ideally, you will have practical experience covering both technical and business aspects, and will have worked in both the manufacturing industry and in consultancy
• Several years’ professional experience in strategy, corporate development, M&A or a similar role within a global company, OR several years’ experience in management, strategy or business consultancy.
• Proven experience in independently designing, implementing and leading projects and programmes, ideally across regions and functions.
• Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in German and English; knowledge of Portuguese or Chinese would be an advantage

It is important to us to offer a fair and attractive remuneration package. We offer a gross annual salary in line with market rates, from €100,000 all-in, on a full-time basis, under the FEEI collective agreement. The actual salary will depend on your experience and qualifications.
