Senior Manager Production (all genders)

To further strengthen our team at our plant in Cazin/Bosnia and enhance our growth, we are looking for a committed individual to fill the role of Senior Manager Production (all genders). In this role, you will report to the Plant Manager Bosnia and VP Production.

Your Mission

Operational leadership of production at the Bosnia site through your department managers
Ensuring on time delivery of volume and quality to the Austrian plant
Steering the site using KPI: OTD, volume, scrap, work in progress and equipment utilization
Lead development and enhancing the production and the planning team
Drive the site expansion; capacity, organisation, staff and qualification
Implementing and anchoring the group wide standards in shopfloor management, 5S and qualification
Close collaboration with the EU management as well as the onsite management teams
Driving continuous improvement and lean methods

Your Profile

Completed technical education (master craftsman, technical college or a technical degree)
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a 24/7 operation, ideally including leading managers
Proven experience in steering an area or a site by key figures
Basic knowledge of production planning as well as of quality methods
Experience in building up or expanding a site is an advantage
Knowledge of lean production, TPM or six sigma is desired
Fluent in English and Bosnian; German language skills are an advantage
Good collaboration with international cultures and ability to work cross borders
