Maintenance Coordinator (all genders)

To strengthen our team at our site in Cazin, Bosnia, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator.

Your Mission

• Manage all maintenance operations with the support of the maintenance team.
• Plan and execute maintenance activities in coordination with the relevant departments.
• Coordinate and schedule all relevant maintenance work.
• Ensure the required quality standards for maintenance work performed in the production facility.
• Develop maintenance and testing plans.
• Manage spare parts inventory and availability.
• Coordinate activities with external contractors and service providers.
• Ensure all required maintenance documentation is prepared in coordination with the Quality Department.
• Implement corrective actions within the area of responsibility.
• Perform other duties related to the Maintenance Coordinator role.

Your Profile

• University degree (preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Highly self-motivated with strong analytical skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Eagerness to work in an international environment with a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work with international colleagues.
