Accountant (all genders)

To strengthen our team at our site in Cazin, Bosnia, we are looking for an experienced Accountant.

Your Mission

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with applicable regulations, internal requirements, and external reporting standards.
• Record all business transactions in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Support the preparation and submission of tax returns in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
• Monitor current legislation and regulatory changes.
• Maintain fixed asset records.
• Prepare and submit corporate tax returns and other direct tax filings.
• Prepare annual financial statements.
• Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports (MIS reporting).
• Prepare the annual budget.
• Manage and participate in projects related to process improvement, optimization, and business development.
• Prepare investment analyses.

Your Profile

• University degree in Economics, preferably with a specialization in Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting standards is required.
• Certified Accountant (CR) certification is considered an advantage.
• Good command of the English language.
• Reliable, responsible, highly professional, and analytical.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with financial systems/ERP systems.
