Head of Production – Bosnia (m/f/x)
To strengthen our team at our site in Cazin, Bosnia, we are looking for an experienced manager for the position of Head of Production – Bosnia.
Your Mission
- Overall responsibility for the production department at our Bosnian site
- Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as the development of production employees
- Creation and implementation of long-term production strategies in line with corporate goals as well as proactive ramp-up management of the site
- Defining, ensuring and implementing optimized production processes to meet product quality, costs and deadlines
- Ensuring optimized capacity utilization, in close coordination with the production management in Austria
- Management and monitoring of operational procedures and production processes in the division
- Responsible for achieving the production KPIs
- Continuous further development of process and production workflows in collaboration with the specialist departments (Quality, Technology, OPEX, etc.)
Your Profile
- Completed technical training/studies with several years of management responsibility in production/manufacturing
- Realistic understanding of business/economics and experience in lean and project management as well as Six Sigma are desirable
- Experience in setting up a new production site or expanding an existing production facility
- Socially competent leader capable of acting as a role model
- High problem-solving skills paired with assertiveness
- Fluent Bosnian and business fluent English skills are a must, German is desirable
