Junior Production Technician | Operational Excellence (m/f/x)

To strengthen our team at our site in Oed, Austria we are looking for a committed team player to join us as Junior Production Technician | Operational Excellence (m/f/x).

Your Mission

• Kick-start your career in our production department
• Get to know the production processes
• Planning of production processes and assignment of employees to the different shifts
• Creation of troubleshooting analyses and control of the production equipment for cleanliness, correct operation and settings
• Collaborating on Operational Excellence projects

Your Profile

• Completed technical training, HTL or FH graduate, specializing in either mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, materials and manufacturing
  technology
• Initial experience with lean management and Six Sigma is an advantage but not a requirement
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of German and English with room for improvement
• Open and communicative personality
• Flexible, resilient and team-oriented
• Willingness to further educate yourself

It is important to us to offer a fair and attractive compensation package. The gross monthly salary (for 38.5 hours) according to the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is at least €3,260.00 for this position. It is common practice for us to offer more based on relevant experience and qualifications.
