IT Service Analyst – Network & Infrastructure (m/f/x)
To strengthen our IT team in Vienna, AUSTRIA, we are looking for a motivated individual to join us as IT Service Analyst – Network & Infrastructure (m/f/x).
Your Mission
- Act as the point of contact for 1st level support to manage IT issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
- Analyze the causes of recurring problems and develop strategies to prevent them
- Process service requests from users to ensure they are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new IT services or improvements to existing services.
- Maintain clear communication with users, provide updates on the status of their issues, and advise on appropriate actions.
- Create and maintain documentation of IT processes, solutions, and user manuals.
Your Profile
- You have completed tertiary education in the IT field (HTL, FH, UNI) or a comparable qualification with practical experience
- Very good technical skills in network protocols and technologies, network hardware, operating systems, network security, network design and architecture
- Previous experience working for manufacturing companies
- IT affinity, analytical mindset with an eye for the big picture
- Communicative, solution-oriented personality with a strong service mindset
- High degree of personal responsibility and willingness to learn
- Hands-on mentality, team spirit, and proactive approach to work

It is important to us to offer a fair and attractive compensation package. The gross monthly salary (for 38.5 hours) according to the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is at least € 3500.00 for this position. It is common practice for us to offer more based on relevant experience and qualifications.
