IT Service Analyst (m/w/x)

To strengthen our IT team at our site in Oed, in the Wiener Neustadt district, we are looking for a motivated individual to join us as IT Service Analyst – Network, Infrastructure and IT Workplace (m/f/x).

Your Mission

• Contact person for 1st level support to record IT problems and ensure that they are solved promptly
• Conducting analyses, monitoring IT services and developing sustainable solution strategies
• Ensuring effective and clear communication with users
• Creating documentation, instructions and training materials as well as conducting training
• Improvement of existing IT services in the areas of network, infrastructure and workplace components
• Collaboration with the specialist departments and the IT team in various projects
• Taking on on-call services after extensive training

Your Profile

• You have completed a university degree or comparable vocational training in Information Technology (HTL, BA)
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferrably with a global company
• In-depth knowledge of IT hardware, software and networks, such as VMWare, Cisco network components, PaloAlto Firewall, MS Azure and Intune
• Excellent customer-focused oral and written communication skills in German and English
• Open and solution-oriented attitude
• Precise, meticulous work ethic
• Able to work under pressure and in a team

It is important to us to offer a fair and attractive compensation package. The gross monthly salary (for 38.5 hours) according to the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is at least € € 3.811,93 for this position. It is common practice for us to offer more based on relevant experience and qualifications.
