Enterprise Solution & Business Process Architect (m/f/x)
To strengthen our IT team at our site in Oed, in the Wiener Neustadt district, we are looking for an Enterprise Solution & Business Process Architect (m/f/x).
Your Mission
- Technical evaluation of systems and applications and design of a sustainably optimized architecture in line with business strategy and technology standards
- Identify process optimization potential and define implementation strategies
- Play a key role in the implementation of our IT and OT systems (MS D365, integration and development platforms, shop floor systems, etc.)
- Ensure that IT/OT systems and solutions are globally scalable and expandable
- Conduct technical feasibility checks in the systems
- Work closely with internal and external project teams to ensure consistent implementation quality
- Act as a sparring partner for the internal IT service team
Your Profile
- You have completed a university degree or comparable vocational training in Information Technology (HTL, BA)
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a global company
- In-depth knowledge of software design, programming languages and system architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms and services, connection of shop floor systems, familiarity with common IT security practices
- Methodical and conceptual approach to system and process analysis
- Proficiency in common tools and standards for process modeling and visualization
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in German and English, and to collaborate with diverse teams
- Solution-oriented approach and ability to dig deep into technical system details

It is important to us to offer a fair and attractive compensation package. The gross monthly salary (for 38.5 hours) according to the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is at least €4,384.03 for this position. It is common practice for us to offer more based on relevant experience and qualifications.
