1st Level IT Support (m/f/x)

To strengthen our IT team at our site in Oed, in the Wiener Neustadt district, we are looking for a motivated individual to join us as 1st Level IT Support (m/f/x).

Your Mission

• As the first point of contact in IT, you will promptly, kindly and efficiently process all calls, e-mails and tickets, and offer initial solutions
• You will carefully analyze, categorize and document incoming tickets and issues
• In your role, you will provide support for software installations and configurations, or for resetting passwords
• You will escalate more complex issues that you cannot solve to 2nd level support
• You work with colleagues to continuously improve support and further develop our IT systems
• Excellent, customer-friendly communication skills are second nature to you
• After an initial training period, you can take on on-call duties

Your Profile

• You have completed a university degree or comparable vocational training in Information Technology (Apprenticeship, HTL, BA)
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferrably with a global company
• Basic understanding of the fundamentals of IT systems, including hardware and software
• Prior experience with networks and infrastructures, client-server architectures, MS Azure, server virtualization
• Good oral and written communication skills in German and English
• Analytical, solution-oriented and customer-friendly attitude
• Team-oriented and resilient

It is important to us to offer a fair and attractive compensation package. The gross monthly salary (for 38.5 hours) according to the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is at least € 3.381,13 for this position. It is common practice for us to offer more based on relevant experience and qualifications.
